This policy explains how Bluely International Ltd ("we", "us") handles data, including data we receive through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We are based in the United Kingdom and follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Bluely International Ltd is a UK online retailer selling on Amazon.co.uk. Questions about this policy can be sent to BluelyInternationalLTD@tanz3el.com.

2. Our private SP-API application

We run a private application authorised only for our own Amazon seller account. It is not published on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore and is not used for any other seller.

3. What data we use

• Our own listings, prices and listing details.
• Our own FBA inventory levels and inbound shipments to Amazon's fulfilment centres.
• Our own orders (products, quantities and prices only), customer returns and reimbursements.
• Our own fees, settlements and payouts, to work out the profit on each product and order.
• Public offer and pricing data for the products we sell (for example, which offer holds the Featured Offer and at what price).
• Business reports for our own account (for example, sales, traffic and Featured Offer percentage).

Our application does not request or store customers' personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers or emails). Where an Amazon report includes buyer details such as a delivery town or postcode, our application discards them and does not store them. If that ever changes, we will only access it under Amazon's Data Protection Policy, keep it only as long as needed to fulfil the order or meet legal duties, and update this policy first.

4. How we use it

Only to run our own business: tracking our listings, stock and inbound shipments, understanding Featured Offer (Buy Box) wins and losses, working out our profit after Amazon's fees, checking our payouts, and planning pricing and restocks. We do not sell, rent or share Amazon data with anyone, and we do not use it for marketing or to contact customers.

5. How we protect it

• All requests to Amazon use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• API credentials and data are kept only on our private, password-protected server and are never placed in public code, files or messages.
• Access is limited to the business owner. The server's tools are not open to the public internet.
• Credentials are rotated if we suspect they have been exposed.
• If we find a security incident affecting Amazon data, we will report it to Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours and take steps to contain it.

6. How long we keep it

Pricing, stock and Featured Offer history is kept for up to 12 months to show trends, then deleted. Order, fee and payout records are kept only as long as we need them for our accounts, and no longer than UK law requires for business records (6 years). Data is also deleted when we stop using the application or when Amazon asks us to.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at BluelyInternationalLTD@tanz3el.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
